Abstract

Zajednice krških izvora su jedne od najraznolikijih i kompleksnih sastavnica izvorišnih ekosustava s velikim utjecajem protoka. Tijekom ekoloških istraživanja izvora rijeke Zrmanje tijekom travnja 2016. godine prikupili smo 20 poduzoraka u brzoj i 20 poduzoraka u sporoj struji vode na dominantnim mikrostaništima. Koristeći standardnu metodologiju istraživanja prema AQEM protokolu koristeći ručnu bentos mrežu (veličine oka 200 μm) prikupili smo stalnu i povremenu faunu beskralješnjaka.... More Pripadnici porodice Chironomidae su bili dominantna fauna, sa najvećim brojem jedinki na mahovini spore struje vode. EPT indeks je pokazao najveći broj EPT svojti u mahovini na makrolitalu i megalitalu brze struje vode. Analizom funkcionalnih hranidbenih skupina smo utvrdili dominantnost detritofaga s pretežno sakupljačima pobiračima unutar skupine dvokrilaca (Chironomidae). Na vrhu hranidbene mreže spore struje vode utvrđeni su pripadnici skupine Plecoptera (Perlidae), dok su u brzoj struji vode na vrhu hranidbene mreže pripadnici skupine Trichoptera (Rhyacophyllidae). Skupina Hydrachnellae kao ključna izvorišna fauna, iako slabo zastupljena, nastanjivala je većinom mikrostaništa spore struje vode na mikrolitalu. Less

Abstract (english)

Karstic spring communities are the most diverse and complex ecosystem with huge impact of discharge. During the ecological research of macroinvertebrates on the Zrmanja River spring in April 2016 we collected 20 subsamples in the high velocity and 20 subsamples in the low flow velocity of the dominant microhabitats. More fauna was Chironomidae with the higest number of specimens on the moss supstrate in the low flow velocity. EPT index was showed the highest number of EPT taxa in moss supstrate on the macrolithal and megalithal in the high flow velocity. Analysis of functional feeding groups recorded the dominance of detritophags with prevelance of collector gathers inside of dipterans fauna (Chironomidae). At the top of the food web of the low flow velocity microhabitats was plecopterans (Perlidae) while in the high flow velocity microhabitats at the top of the food web was trichopterans (Rhyacophyllidae).
