Abstract

Na prostoru zapadnog dijela Bilogore u okolici Velikog Trojstva uzeti su uzorci pijeska miocenske starosti s lokaliteta Manduševac i Lipov Brijeg s ciljem utvrđivanja njihovog granulometrijskog sastava i sastava lake mineralne frakcije. Rezultati granulometrijskih analiza pokazali su da su uzorci s oba lokaliteta izgrađeni od podjednakog udjela čestica pijeska i pelitnih čestica. Na temelju analize granulometrijskog sastava i sastava lake mineralne frakcije zaključeno je da su analizirani miocenski pijesci mineraloški i strukturno srednje zreli do zreli i da po tim značajkama odgovaraju pijescima gornjomiocenske starosti sa šireg prostora Sjevernohrvatskog bazena. Abstract (english)

On the territory of the western part of Bilogora in the vicinity of the Veliko Trojstvo, samples of the sand of miocene age were taken from the site of Manduševac and Lipov Brijeg with the aim of determining their granulometric composition and composition of the light mineral fraction. The results of granulometric analyses showed that samples from both sites were built from an equal proportion of sand particles and pelitic particles. Based on the analysis of the granulometric composition and composition of the light mineral fraction, we concluded that the analyzed Miocene sands are mineralogically and structurally medium ripe to mature and that they correspond to the sands of Upper-Miocene age from the wider area of the North Croatian Basin.
