Abstract

Imazalil, cipermetrin i karbendazim su detektibilni u namirnicama u R. Hrvatskoj. Cilj je istražiti hematotoksični interaktivni učinak spomenutih pesticida i njihovih kombinacija na hematološke odrednice Swiss miševa in vivo. Plan pokusa sukladan je odredbama OECD 407. Životinje su raspoređene u skupine (6-7 jedinki/skupini). Svaka skupina izložena je NOAEL dozama pojedinog pesticida i kombinacijama: imazalil+cipermetrin, cipermetrin+karbendazim, karbendazim+imazalil (NOAEL, 1:1). Pesticidi su svakodnevno aplicirani oralno tijekom 28 dana, nakon čega su utvrđeni hematološki parametri: brojnost eritrocita RBC, hematokrit HCT, hemoglobin HB, MCV, PCV, MCHC, RDW, broj trombocita PLT, MPV, MCH i broj leukocita WBC. Promjene parametara su zabilježene u mužjaka dok ženke uglavnom nisu imale značajnih promjena mjerenih parametara u odnosu na pripadajuću kontrolu. Imazalil i kombinacija imazalil+karbendazim ne uzrokuje statistički značajnije promjene. Cipermetrin dovodi do policitemije kod mužjaka. Karbendazim i kombinacije imazalil+cipermetrin i cipermetrin+karbendazim uzrokuju anemiju kod mužjaka.

Abstract (english)

Imazalil, Cypermethrine and Charbendazime can be detected in alimetaries in Republic of Croatia. The aim of this research was to explore interactive hematotoxic effect of these pesticides and their combinations on hematologycal determinants of Swiss mice in vivo. The design of the experiment was consistent with written standard OECD 407. The animals were distributed into groups (6-7 animals/group). Each group was exposed to the NOAEL doses of the each individual pesticide and their combinations: Imazalil+Cypermethrine, Cipermethrine+Charbendazime, Charbendazime+Imazalil (NOAEL, 1:1). Pesticides were applied orally during 28 days on a daily basis, after that periode the following hematological parameters were determined: the red blood cell count RBC, HCT hematocrit, hemoglobin HB, MCV, PCV, MCHC, RDW, platelet count PLT, MPV, MCH and white blood cell count WBC. Paramters changes were observed in males, whereas females generally had no significant changes of masured parameters in comparison to the corresponding control. Imazalil and combinations of Imazalil+Charbendazime did not cause statistically significant changes. Cypermethrine cause polycitemia in males. Charbendazime and combinations Imazalil+Cypermethrine and Cypermethrine+Carbendazime cause anemia in males.
