Abstract

Tema kojom se bavi ovaj diplomski rad su roboti kao alati u nastavi Informatike s naglaskom na učenju programiranja. Rad se sastoji od tri glavna poglavlja. Prvo poglavlje proučava robote generalno, odnosno: njihovu povijest, (netrivijalnu) definiciju i elemente od kojih se sastoje. U drugom poglavlju se fokus prebacuje na robote u obrazovanju i njihovu povijest te se postepeno dolazi do robota koji se danas koriste u nastavi. Ti roboti su detaljno proučeni kao i njihove mogućnosti. Na kraju poglavlja su proučena neka popularna natjecanja u robotici te je prikazana tablica u kojoj su navedeni svi spominjani roboti, neke njihove karakteristike i cijena. Posljednje poglavlje proučava kurikulum te mjesto robota u odgojno-obrazovnim ishodima nastave Informatike. Prikazane su neke aktivnosti koje bi se mogle izvoditi u nastavi kao i priprema za blok sat s robotima koji je izveden u zagrebačkoj XV. gimnaziji u sklopu kolegija Metodička praksa iz informatike u srednjoj školi.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this thesis are robots as tools in the computer science education with an emphasis on learning programming. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part studies robots in general, their history, definition, and components of which they consist. In the second part, the focus is shifted onto robots in education and their history, followed by gradually approaching the 21st century and practices in today’s classrooms. The robots and their capabilities are studied in detail. At the end of the chapter, a table is created gathering all mentioned robots, some of their characteristics and price. Also, some popular robotic competitions are shown. The last chapter studies the curriculum and the place for robots in curriculum educational outcomes. Some activities and tasks which can be used in a classroom are shown.
