Abstract

Živimo u vrijeme kada nas tehnologija prati u svim aspektima života. Učenici imaju mnogo poteškoća u praćenju ili shvaćanju gradiva, a upravo razvijenost tehnologije nam omogućava jedan drugačiji pristup držanju nastave. Opće je poznato da veliki broj učenika ima problem sa shvaćanjem različitih fizikalnih pojava, poglavito onih koje je teško ili gotovo nemoguće prikazati. Ovaj diplomski rad pokazuje kako uz programski paket VPython možemo jednostavno programirati grafičke prikaze rješenja različitih fizikalnih problema koji predstavljaju problem učenicima. Diplomski rad općenito opisuje što je i od čega se sastoji programski jezik Python, zatim kako lagano interpretirati Visual paket u Python da tvori VPython, kako bismo mogli programirati različite 3D objekte te na kraju navesti neke primjere programa koji bi mogli učenicima pomoći u vizualizaciji elektrodinamičkih sustava. Cilj je da se profesori upoznaju s mogućnostima VPythona i kako ga jednostavno koristiti u nastavi fizike.

Abstract (english)

We live in a time when we are surrounded by technology in every aspect of our lives. As students face great difficulties in comprehending their course material, technological advances are facilitating a different approach to teaching. It is commonly known that, by and large, students face problems in understanding various physical processes; especially those which are nearly or practically indemonstrable. This paper will demonstrate how, with the assistance of the VPython programming package can be simply programmed to display graphical representations of different physical problems which students face. I shall describe the general characteristics of the programming language Python, followed by methods of including the Phython Visual package used to program the various objects and concluding with examples which might be beneficial to students in visualising electrodynamic systems. The purpose of this diploma thisis is to familiarise teachers with the mansioned package and programming language Python and options for use in physics courses.
