Abstract

Uzorci fitoplanktona prikupljeni su uz istovremeno mjerenje fizikalno-kemijskih parametra vode tijekom svibnja, lipnja, rujna, i studenog 2012. te svibnja, lipnja, kolovoza i listopada 2013. godine u tri akumulacije rijeke Drave. Uzrokovano je 8 postaja. Cilj je bio odrediti sastav fitoplanktonske zajednice primjenom funkcionalnih skupina, abundanciju i biomasu mrežnog fitoplanktona.
Brojnost fitoplanktona izračunata je iz broja stanica i pripadajućeg volumena uzorka. Mjerenjem veličine minimalno 30 stanica svake vrste, iz prosječnih vrijednosti veličina stanica, sukladno pripadajućim geometrijskim tijelima izračunati su biovolumeni svake pojedine vrste te umnoškom broja stanica i biovolumena izračunate su i biomase svake vrste. U programu Primer 6 provedeno je multidimenzionalno skaliranje i CAP analiza kojom je utvrđena korelacija biomase s fizikalno-kemijskim parametrima. Dvije istraživane godine razlikuju se abundancijom i sastavom zajednice te u fizikalno – kemijskim parametrima. Ukupno je pronađeno 151 svojta iz 88 rodova. Najveći broj vrsta pripada funkcionalnim grupama MP,J i D, odnosno fitoplanktonskim skupinama Bacillariophyceae i Chlorophyta. Broj vrsta fitoplanktona bio je veći 2013. godine dok su abundancija i biomasa bile veće 2012. godine. Od fizikalno kemijskih čimbenika najveći utjecaj na zajednicu imale su temperatura vode, konduktivitet te količina nitrata i nitrita.

Abstract (english)

Phytoplankton samples were collected simultaneously with physico–chemical parameters in reservoirs of Drava river in May, June, September and November in 2012 and May, June, August and October in 2013. Samples were collected at eight sampling points. Goal of this study was to establish the composition of the phytoplankton community using functional groups, abundance and biomass of net phytoplankton. Phytoplankton abundance was determined from number of cells in counting chamber and the corresponding volume of the sample. Minimum of 30 cells of each species was measured and from the average size of cells and corresponding geometrical bodies, biovolumes were calculated. Biomass for each species was calculated multiplying number of cells and biovolumes. Primer program was used for multidimensional scaling and CAP analysis which related the biomass and physico–chemical parameters. Two researched years differentiate in community abundance and composition and physico–chemical parameters. Total of 151 species from 88 genuses were found. The majority of the species belong to functional groups of MP, J and D; and taxonomical groups Bacillariophyceae and Chlorophyta. The number of phytoplankton species was higher in 2013. while abundance and biomass were higher in the 2012. Water temperature, conductivity, as well as concentration of nitrates and nitrites had the highest impact on the community.
