Abstract

Istraživanje sezonske dinamike planktonskih rakova akumulacije Butoniga provedeno je u razdoblju od svibnja do listopada 2013. godine. Utvrđeno je šest vrsta slatkovodnih planktonskh rakova, od čega su dvije vrste iz skupine Copepoda, a četiri vrste iz skupine Cladocera. Zaključeno je da sezonska dinamika planktonskih rakova u akumulaciji Butoniga ovisi o količini nutrijenata te varira s obzirom na temperaturu i dubinu akumulacije. Najveća brojnost planktonskih rakova zabilježena je u svibnju i listopadu, a najmanja tijekom ljetnih mjeseci.

Abstract (english)

A research on sesonal dynamics of plankton Crustaceans in the Butoniga reservoir was conducted from May until October 2012. Six freshwater species of Crustaceans were determined: four cladocerans and two copepodds. Spatial and temporal dynamics of crustaceans comunity in the Butoniga reservoir depended on the nutrients concentration, temperature variability and depth. Maximum Crustaceans density was observed in May and October, and minimum during the summer months.
