Abstract
U ovom radu proučavali smo matematičko njihalo te ga uspjeli modificirali u izokrono njihalo, ono kojemu je period titranja za svaki otklon iz ravnoteže jednak. Provedbom matematičkih izračuna došli smo do odgovora kako bi izokrono njihalo trebalo izgledati te smo ga i izradili. Smislili smo mjerni postav i proveli potrebna mjerenja te potvrdili izokronost njihala. Također, proveli smo mjerenja gravitacijske konstante Zemlje i dobili vrlo precizne rezultate.
Abstract (english)
In this work we looked at a simple gravity pendulum and managed to modify it into an isochronous pendulum, i.e., a pendulum for which the period of oscillation is independent of the initial pendulum displacement. We mathematically deduced what shape an isochronous pendulum should be and we built one. We experimentally confirmed that the constructed pendulum is isochronous and measured the surface gravity constant with great precision.
