Abstract
U ovom radu sam predstavila Baselski problem. U uvodnom dijelu sam pisala o povijesti Baselskog problema i o prvom valjanom dokazu. Prvi dokaz napisao je Euler i njime ušao u svijet slavnih matematičara. Osim Eulerovog dokaza, navela sam i dokaze: pomoću Fourierovih redova, preko teleskopskih redova, pomoću trigonometrije i algebre, dokaz preko dvostrukih integrala i na kraju dokaz uz interpretaciju pomoću svjetlosti.
Abstract (english)
In this graduation thesis, I presented the Basel problem. First, I wrote about the history of the Basel problem and about first valid proof. First proof was written by Euler, by which he entered the world of famous mathematicians. Besides Euler’s proof, I presented some other proofs of the same problem: by using Fourier series, by telescoping series, a proof by trigonometry, a proof with double integrals and finally, a proof with lights interpretation.
